FAQs
Yes, you can change the size of your box at any point through your customer dashboard. Please note, you must do this before Tuesday at 23:59 if you want to change your box for that Friday delivery.
You can cancel your box at any time, you are not tied into a contract but please note the cut off to changes each week is Tuesday at 23:59, so you must cancel before then otherwise you will be billed as usual on the Wednesday.
Please refer to the delivery zone on the How it works page to check, but if you're not sure, just get in touch. Alternatively, if you are out of the area but don't mind driving to the farm, you can pick up for free from there.
We repurpose boxes for delivery as much as possible and we ask you leave these boxes out for us to collect when we deliver your next box, or you can return them to the farm.
We try to pack as many as possible of the vegetables loose into your box to reduce the need for more packaging but in some cases it's unavoidable. For example, we use plastic bags for our salad to keep it fresh but these can either be recycled or returned back to us for reuse if still in good condition.
You can add or remove things like extra veg or bread through your customer dashboard. Get in touch if you would like guidance to do this.
Not exactly. We ask that you trust us to curate the vegetables in your box through the seasons. We have to start planning what we're growing up to a year in advance and if everyone was able to pick and choose everything that goes in their box that could lead to a lot of wastage. That's not to say we don't want to hear your feedback and that can feed into what we grow next season.
You can let us know if there's anything you have allergies or intolerances to, so you'll never receive those items and we also allow you list up to 3 items you would prefer to not receive, but as explained above, this could lead to wastage and less variety in your box as we may have to double up portions.
We know some veg box schemes only run for 6 months of the year. We intend to run for 11 months, only taking January off. But we'll keep our customers up to date if that looks like it might change.
